At PhiFinds, we strive for perfection in every "Timeless Find" we create. Because many of our products are personalized specifically for you, please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges:

Customized & Personalized Products: Items that have been customized with specific names, photos, or bespoke designs (e.g., Customized T-shirts, Engraved Mugs, Name Plates) are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Customized Items: For standard products (such as non-personalized bags or stationery), we offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Defective Goods: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glassware) or with a manufacturing error (e.g., misprinting), please contact us at [Your Email Address] or via WhatsApp at [Your Phone Number] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
