PhiFinds wants every order to land right. If something is not what you expected, here is exactly how returns and exchanges work in Pakistan.

Return window

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

What is eligible for return

• Standard catalog items in unused condition with original packaging.
• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the order.

What is not eligible for return

• Customized and personalized products (engraved, printed, foiled, or embossed with your design or text) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Used or visibly worn items.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@phifinds.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
2. Our team responds within one business day with return instructions and a return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer and digital wallet refunds typically clear within 3 to 5 business days. Cash on delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer once you share account details.

Exchanges

For exchanges (size, color, or product swap), follow the same return process and let us know what you want instead. We confirm availability and price difference (if any) before dispatching the replacement.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.
