PhiFinds ships nationwide across Pakistan, dispatched from our Karachi facility. Here is what to expect.

Where we ship

All cities and regions in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and smaller towns served by major couriers.

Delivery times

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2 to 5 business days.
• Other cities and towns: 5 to 7 business days.
• Customized orders: 5 to 10 business days after artwork approval.
• Bulk corporate orders: production timeline confirmed at quote, delivery scheduled at dispatch.

Shipping fees

• Free standard shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
• Orders below PKR 5,000: flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on delivery city.
• Bulk and corporate orders: delivery quoted along with the order; included where possible.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you receive an email and WhatsApp message with the courier tracking number. Use it on the courier site (M&P, Leopards, TCS, BlueEx, depending on city) to follow your shipment in real time.

Local Karachi pickup

Local pickup is available for select bulk corporate orders by appointment. Email hello@phifinds.com to coordinate.

Failed delivery and re-attempts

Couriers in Pakistan typically attempt delivery twice. If you are unavailable on both attempts, the package returns to our Karachi facility. We then contact you to schedule a re-dispatch (additional shipping fee may apply) or process a refund per our returns policy.

International shipping

PhiFinds currently ships within Pakistan only. International orders can be quoted on a case-by-case basis. WhatsApp or email us with details.
