Customised orders are produced and dispatched in 5 to 10 business days after artwork approval. Delivery is from our Karachi facility to anywhere in Pakistan.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat PKR 250 anywhere in Pakistan, charged at checkout. The fee is the same for every city and does not change with order size.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver to every city and region in Pakistan, including smaller towns served by M&P, Leopards, TCS and BlueEx. Orders are dispatched from Karachi. We do not ship internationally as standard, though international orders can be quoted case by case.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. If a cash on delivery order is later refunded, the refund is issued by bank transfer.

Can I return this item?

Customised and personalised products are non-returnable, because they are made to your design. If one arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.
